The Evergreens in Moorhead is an Ecumen community. Based in Shoreview, Minn., Ecumen, which is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), provides a variety of senior housing and services, and is Minnesota's largest non-profit senior housing organization.

Our name comes from the word ecumenical, which in turn is derived from the Greek word for "home." Our philosophy and our promise is to create "home" for the people we serve.
