• Located near downtown, The Evergreens of Moorhead offers a convenient, one-story setting consisting of two homes - each with 15 one-room suites. One home provides assisted care, the other memory care.
  
  
• Each of our private suites features wall-to-wall carpeting, a living room and bedroom area, private bath with a shower unit, ample closet space, telephone hook-ups and a 24-hour response system.
  
  
• The price you pay varies on the variety of services that you purchase and includes three meals a day and all utilities except phone and cable.
  
  
• Our assisted care suites offer weekly housekeeping and laundry, scheduled transportation and wellness checks.
  
  
• Memory care suites provide one with a higher level of assistance for around-the-clock continuous personal care. We create a personalized health care service plan for our customers that include nurse visits, personal assistance, escorts to meals, comfort checks, medication management and other activities.
